Custom Modular Homes is a Home Builder. We take your project from land selection / procurement to build completion. Our homes are built and supplied by Rochester Homes. They are one of a few Modular Home Suppliers that offer custom options. Our clients will work with CMH from start to finish.
Our history
Aaron Nason has been building homes since his early teens. Modular Construction is an excellent option if a client wants a turn-key, custom home in 6 months or less.
